Gerald Miller

Gerry is GMA’s Managing Partner. Gerry combines his extensive real estate, condominium and business law experience to provide condo boards practical advice covering a wide range of issues. As the former condo board President of one of Toronto’s largest condominiums, he understands the human component of condo law that often gets overlooked in the face of legal problems. Gerry recognizes there is no “one size fits all” solution to legal problems: he strives to give each client their best fit.

Since the beginning of his career, he has approached his practice through a forward-looking lens. He is a vocal advocate for condominium safety/security following a tragic murder case at his condo. Drawing from his personal experience and deep web of industry contacts, he continues to write and speak on the issue at industry events and seminars. He also acted as an advisor in the creation of Conduit, the condominium industry’s electronic status certificate provider.
